Public Appeal
There are thousands of not for profit corporations & charities in NYS
and tens of thousands more throughout the country. One thing most
of them have in common is competition for government funds. Similarly,
most of them compete for private donations from either large corporate
foundations, or directly from individuals like you and I. Needless to say,
they all have worthy agendas ranging from health related, educational,
environmental, religious, and many other areas which touch the hearts
and minds of potential members or donors. Many NYS and national not
for profit corporations employ hundreds, and some even thousands in
order to fulfill their agendas. Salaries, bonuses, expense accounts are
part of their employment agreements just like for profit corporations.
The spirit of giving to worthy causes is a wonderful sentiment, as well
as a tax deduction. Many of us have favorite foundations which we give
to annually or religiously. Some through payroll deductions. Other
methodologies include replying to annual appeals, or membership due
which entitle you to some type of benefit.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could be more involved with how your
donations are distributed? This is called earmarking. A donation is a
choice that you make. The foundation you support is also your choice.
It is your right and privilege to have a say so as to how your donation
dollars are spent. The next time you send a check to the ASPCA,
Juvenile Diabetes, or any other charity or NPO, annotate "local
programs" in the memo remarks. Include a short note indicating that
you would like your donation to be earmarked for the local budget in
your area, or some more specific aspect of that foundation's mission
statement which appeals to your spirit of giving. Once your donation is
deposited into a general fund, you have absolutely no say so as to how
your donation dollars are spent.
ANDROID is a NYS not for profit (NPO), corporation. As the founder
and executive officer, it is not my intention to compete with large
organizations. I founded the organization on the premise that there is a
lot of work to be done locally and nationally to improve the quality of life
in NYS and throughout America.
Our goals are simple:
The American National Deployment of Resources for Opportunity &
Intellectual Development, Inc. was founded in 1994. It has been there
behind the scenes waiting for the right time to come to town in a
manner of speaking. The local and national climate is right for
ANDRIOD to emerge onto the scene. I ask only for an open mind. I ask
you to open your hearts and understand that if we the people do not
believe in our own ability to affect change in a positive way, that others
will make important decision for us.
Presently, our appeal is going out to individuals, and local business
owners who are in a position to help motivate others to share the
vision of transforming the local community and the nation into a more
wholesome and family oriented environment. You are the first wave of
individuals I am contacting to accomplish these simple goals. Please
consider yourself a VIP because you are Phase I in a development
process which is going to improve the quality of life for our families.

| Andrew Perretti, D.B.A. IBC Solutions, is the administrative officer of the American National Deployment of Resources for Opportunity & Intellectual Development, Inc. A New York State Not For Profit Corporation established in 1994. Its mission is to create fund raising solutions to support opportunities for the intellectual development of interns within the local business community for a six week term, consisting of two hours of field work training and two hours of in office administrative training per day. Graduates receive a $500.00 scholarship, and exposure to possible job opportunities within the IBC Solutions Multimedia Network, Energy Network Group, and other network affiliates. Open applications accepted from all organizations currently administrating Learning To Work, or similar programs where a third party source, either public or private, shall pay no less than the minimum wage as set by the Department of Labor. Interns must work a minimum of four hours of supervised work per day pertaining to an IBC Solution designed for the sponsor. One additional hour of paid time is allowed for traveling in lieu of miscellaneous expense. The remaining three hours per day include either: data entry into Access or similar data base, card scanning, label making, stuffing envelopes, calculating postage, interacting with other agencies, corporations, organizations, subscribers, customers, or other communications at the Sponsors office. There are fifty opportunities for corporate or private sponsorship to this program. The board of trustees shall be considered able to convene as long there are no less than ten trustees, and only if IBC Solutions is presiding over the meeting, then it is consider a meeting of the board of trustees. Any business who subscribes to this solution is considered a Trustee within the ANDROID Foundation, where a "trustee" is a person/entity in receipt of an intern recommended through IBC Solutions Parallel Objectives Program. Contracts may apply with IBC Network Affiliates providing Learning To Work, or other state recognized Readiness programs. Sponsors are held to the highest standards, and agree to provided IBC Solutions with a 21 day letter as well an end of term summary with subsequent recommendations. Sponsors graduating interns agree to pay directly to the intern a check for $500.00, a certificate of scholarship based on merit, achievement, and completion of the program is presented from the sponsor. IBC is entitled to invoice each scholarship issued by a sponsor a $50 fee for services rendered. Sponsors and interns agree to standard model release terms for public relations purposes, and grants IBC Solutions unconditional permission to publish images, text , voice, language translations, or any other reasonable marketing and public relations methodology that holds all parties in high esteem. Sponsors agree to support the mission as long as that are part of a Parallel Objectives Program. |
