| Andrew Perretti, D.B.A. IBC Solutions, is the administrative officer of the American National Deployment of Resources for Opportunity & Intellectual Development, Inc. A New York State Not For Profit Corporation established in 1994. Its mission is to create fund raising solutions to support opportunities for the intellectual development of interns within the local business community for a six week term, consisting of two hours of field work training and two hours of in office administrative training per day. Graduates receive a $500.00 scholarship, and exposure to possible job opportunities within the IBC Solutions Multimedia Network, Energy Network Group, and other network affiliates. Open applications accepted from all organizations currently administrating Learning To Work, or similar programs where a third party source, either public or private, shall pay no less than the minimum wage as set by the Department of Labor. Interns must work a minimum of four hours of supervised work per day pertaining to an IBC Solution designed for the sponsor. One additional hour of paid time is allowed for traveling in lieu of miscellaneous expense. The remaining three hours per day include either: data entry into Access or similar data base, card scanning, label making, stuffing envelopes, calculating postage, interacting with other agencies, corporations, organizations, subscribers, customers, or other communications at the Sponsors office. There are fifty opportunities for corporate or private sponsorship to this program. The board of trustees shall be considered able to convene as long there are no less than ten trustees, and only if IBC Solutions is presiding over the meeting, then it is consider a meeting of the board of trustees. Any business who subscribes to this solution is considered a Trustee within the ANDROID Foundation, where a "trustee" is a person/entity in receipt of an intern recommended through IBC Solutions Parallel Objectives Program. Contracts may apply with IBC Network Affiliates providing Learning To Work, or other state recognized Readiness programs. Sponsors are held to the highest standards, and agree to provided IBC Solutions with a 21 day letter as well an end of term summary with subsequent recommendations. Sponsors graduating interns agree to pay directly to the intern a check for $500.00, a certificate of scholarship based on merit, achievement, and completion of the program is presented from the sponsor. IBC is entitled to invoice each scholarship issued by a sponsor a $50 fee for services rendered. Sponsors and interns agree to standard model release terms for public relations purposes, and grants IBC Solutions unconditional permission to publish images, text , voice, language translations, or any other reasonable marketing and public relations methodology that holds all parties in high esteem. Sponsors agree to support the mission as long as that are part of a Parallel Objectives Program. |
