Employers
Employer participation in the program is open to any business that has
a need for reliable workers. U.S. Department of Labor standards are
required to be maintained. All hiring is done by the employers based
upon their own individual assessment during an initial interview.
ANDROID, and or it's consultants, provide screened applicants who
meet or exceed the minimum employment requirement for the specific
position being filled. Once an applicant is hired, however, ANDROID is
available to both employer and intern to insure a successful hiring
solution. The program works well for employers who hire seasonally, or
have shift work available. In many instances, interns may be seeking
full time employment while attending college part time.

arrange a mutually convenient conference to determine your hiring
requirements.
Interns
Our program is open to everyone. The foundation requires that all
participating employers adhere to equal opportunity guidelines. There
is however a minimum age requirement, and a standard hiring protocol.
Under 18 must have written parental permission. Students currently
enrolled in high school must either have working papers, or be part of
a recognized work/study program. Priority is given to full time college
students, part time college students, high school seniors, all others in
this order.
The next criteria for placement is based upon the employer's job
requirements matching the best intern candidate. All applicants will be
considered, however, the foundation is committed to creating
appropriate hiring solutions. Since most interns may possess similar
skills, the Application Review Processors are primarily concerned with
availability and accessibility.
