Lindsay Lohan brands herself as 'ideal'
candidate for Tim Burton's Alice

The troubled actress is said to be desperate to work with the acclaimed director on
his big screen adaptation, and wants the sought-after part of Alice in the Lewis
Carroll classic in a bid to revive her flagging career.
The Mean Girls star is hoping that her public enthusiasm for the role will persuade
movie maverick Burton to recruit her.
"I hope they don't give it to an unknown. I'm ideal. I could really do it justice. I've
been down the role," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
The 21-year-old's career has been crashing down ever since she returned from
rehab last year (07), following two DUI incidents, which landed er in jail for a brief
period of time.

I have to agree with Lindsay. She'd make an terrific Alice. Burton, whose warped
sense of fantasy, pales in comparison to Lohan's warped sense of reality. What a
great fit! You have my vote for that one Lindsay. If Tim passes on you princess, I
have an idea we can pitch to Disney. How about a remake of Steamboat Willy. Now
there's something that you probably wouldn't have thought of. I jest. I do have a
great script for Entourage that you'd be sensational in. Vince meets you at a VIP
party. After having a really nice time, he learns you're crocked so he asks Turtle to
drive you home. Turtle had his own agenda, and the next morning you wake up to a
big smile on his face. You get out of bed and grab one of Turtles tee shirts while
you look around for your clothes. "You ain't gonna find dem." says Turtle. "There
outside by-da pool. Don't you remember nothin'?" He smiles from ear to ear and
blows you a kiss. Lindsay, if dreams really do come true... I'd be married to you!
