green products. Got stuff? Freecycle Network
connects you to people who want to trade stuff for
free. Reread the classics, renew your library card;
seize the moment, make time for friends; learn everything about something; make every minute
count. And LIVE OUT LOUD!!!
Think Differently, Count your Blessings, Share your Enthusiasm. From spiritual leaders to
fashion designers to corporate powerhouses and grass-roots activists the non-profit LIVE OUT
LOUD, organization, celebrating lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth, has touched
thousands of lives. Actor Cheyenne Jackson, star of the hit Broadway musical Xanadu, is host of
Live Out Loud's 7th annual young trailblazers benefit gala on Monday April 28th at Chelsea Art
Museum (556 W. 22nd St) 6-9PM; which culminates with the awarding of $2500 scholarships to 4
high school seniors who have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills. www.liveoutloud.info.

A woman with a vision, Virginia Field, as early as 1887 began to work for a ministry at Sing Sing
Prison in Ossining, New York. This work continues today at HEPHZIBAH HOUSE, a non-profit
Christian organization that provides a variety of programs and classes for individuals from every
nation and faith. A bible training school and home of rest and refuge for international students,
the "English for You" program helps students improve English skills. Find out more about
Hephzibah House at their annual SPRING TEA, Saturday, April 26,
l:45 PM. It's a not to be missed event with music and this time Jeannette Clift George, a renowned
Texas thespian, is the keynote speaker. A fund raising bus trip June 14th takes visitors to the

Explore new venues: The Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) a non-profit,
volunteer-run organization, one of the oldest and most respected and most seminal of "New Age"
metaphysical organizations, is based on the principles and information contained in the Edgar
Cayce readings. The "soul group" involved has been working to uplift all seekers of spiritual
growth and enlightenment. Lynne Solomon Miceli, A.R.E. NY Center Director, a volunteer over 20
years, has spearheaded many diverse programs. Spring courses, too many to mention here, run
the gamut from Meditation to Yoga, Reiki and a host of Holistic Health Practitioners including my
choice, Dr. Scott Keller, Caycean Chiropractic. The free Spring Health Fair is May 3, ll-5PM with
talks by Center Wellness Practitioners and a showing of "Beautiful Dreamer," the life of Edgar
