Lovers of history let me introduce you to Georgio Vasari, a child of the Renaissance, this 16th century architect and painter actually coined that term and would also be known as a "Renaissance Man." Come to the Browning Society's Wednesday meeting and hear Professor Glen Alan Omans speak about the biography Vasari wrote about Andrea del Sarto. Vasari was a source for the poems by Robert Browning's Fra Lippo Lippi and Old Pictures in Florence.
