Those singing lovebirds Jeanette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy swept into town with riveting
performances in Hallie Neill's musical, "A SCANDALOUS AFFAIR, which premiered in the Big
Apple over the weekend. Ms. Neill, a remarkably talented soprano herself, sang as Jeanette
and partnered with her husband Theodore Lambrinos, as Nelson. They revealed in a magical
night the best kept secret about the screen legend's torrid l930's love affair. Both extremely
talented singers the Neill/Lambrinos duo sang renditions of Herbert, Rogers to name a few, plus
opera arias, all of which solicited instant Bravos!!! Comments by legendary gossip columnist
Hedda Hopper, convincingly by Patricia Bartlett pulled the life story of the screen legends
together. For more Info: www.jeanetteandnelson.com.
