| Maid In Manhattan... but filmed in the Bronx |

One of the first success stories of Xotica Models was IBC
Solutions working with Chambermaids LTD, the production
company for Maid In Manhattan. Naturally, finding and
contracting locations is a big part of any motion picture.
Through IBC George was paid to let the production company
set up in front of his medical clinic on Jerome Avenue. George
was so impressed after meeting Jennifer Lopez in person, that
he decided to try his hand at acting. I introduced him to one of
Xotica's contacts Paul Calderone, and within a few short
months, George qualified for SAG by landing a part in a Nike
commercial. He was actually in the one where the two guys are
doing chin ups off of a train platform. During the two years,
George has done background acting in over 50 productions
here in NYC. If it wasn't for Jennifer coming into my space
through George, the idea of starting Xotica Models would have
not crossed my mind.
